Next Day UK Mainland Courier Delivery (Monday–Friday) – £4.95
For this courier service we will use DHL who will send you a one hour delivery timeslot, notified in advance by SMS or email.
Not going to be in? During the delivery process, a range of alternative options are available, including: leave in a safe place, deliver to neighbour or deliver to an alternative address.
Delivery For Products Exceeding 190cm Length or 100cm Width – £35.00
Any products that are equal to or greater than either 190cm length or 100cm width will cost £35.00 to deliver via a oversize courier service.
This service only applies to UK Mainland postcodes, if you outside of the UK Mainland please contact us for a quote.
Dispatch Times
While we do carry stock for all of our products, we cannot guarantee that the product you order will be in-stock and thus it will have to be manufactured before we can dispatch it to you.
Delivery Outside of UK Mainland
We also deliver to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands – Guernsey & Jersey, Northern Ireland and the Republic Of Ireland.
Products exceeding 190cm length or 100cm width must be delivered via a palletized freight courier service separate to what is outlined below. If you are looking to order a product over one or both of these sizes and you are outside of the UK Mainland please contact us for a quote.

Adverse Weather Conditions
Will my order be delivered on time?
The majority of our orders are being delivered on time, even in areas of the country that are most affected by the extreme weather.
That said, our courier DPD may experience some hardship in getting your order to you on time, and may take longer than expected.
Even though your own area may be unaffected, the order may be in transit via an area that is affected by the adverse weather, thus causing the delay.
If this is the case DPD will keep you up to date either via SMS text messages or email regarding the delivery of your order.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we wish to reassure you that we are doing all that we can to get your order to you post-haste.
