Free delivery over £60
Order online, and you’ll receive free delivery to your home or workplace on all orders over £60.
Next Day (Mon – Fri) – £9.95
Next day delivery throughout the UK, Monday – Friday.
Our courier DPD will send you a one hour delivery timeslot, notified in advance by SMS or email.
Not going to be in? During the delivery process, a range of alternative options are available, including: leave in a safe place, collect at a DPD Pickup Shop, deliver to neighbour or deliver to an alternative address.
When will I receive my delivery?
We aim to deliver all products within 3-5 working days.
We dispatch our products within 1-3 working days depending on whether the product is in-stock and ready-to-go, or needs to be produced.
Although we do keep most of our products in-stock at all times, our products are ‘made-to-order’ which means that the product you order may need to be produced before we can deliver it to you.
Some bespoke products may take longer than 3-5 days to be delivered, this will vary on a per-bespoke-product basis.
Check the table below for information on when you will need to place your online order by if you need to receive your delivery by a specific time or day of the week.
On rare occasions, we may need to deliver items outside the published time windows stated below therefore cannot guarantee delivery within these advised timescales.

Although next day delivery is available via our courier throughout the United Kingdom, unfortunately we do have some exceptions to this rule.
Delivery to Highlands and Islands may take longer than four days. Please allow for additional delivery time when placing an order to be delivered to the following postcodes.

Adverse Weather Conditions
Will my order be delivered on time?
The majority of our orders are being delivered on time, even in areas of the country that are most affected by the extreme weather.
That said, our courier DPD may experience some hardship in getting your order to you on time, and may take longer than expected.
Even though your own area may be unaffected, the order may be in transit via an area that is affected by the adverse weather, thus causing the delay.
If this is the case DPD will keep you up to date either via SMS text messages or email regarding the delivery of your order.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and we wish to reassure you that we are doing all that we can to get your order to you post-haste.
